How does it work?
Follow our easy to use online system to get a
quote and apply for an insurance policy for your
pet.
Once your policy has been approved, we will
send you an email with your login details for the
Bow Wow Meow Just Rewards travel site. This will be sent after the 14 day cooling off period. If you have not provided us with your email address you will be unable to participate in this offer (you can update your details by emailing us at traveldollars@bowwow.com.au )
Your $500 in travel dollars will already be applied
to your account, and available to start using
immediately (your travel dollars are valid for
12 months).
The website has conveniently been categorised
into cruises, tours & resort pages to help you
discover all the wonderful places you can go and
the incredible things you can do – not to mention the tremendous savings you’ll enjoy. Once you have made a selection call Bow Wow Meow Just Rewards (9am-5pm Mon-Sat AEST) on 1300 830 786 to discuss and book your accommodation, tour or cruise holiday package.
If your policy is due for renewal, you will automatically be credited $100 in travel dollars upfront (refer to your renewal letter for this bonus).
Once your policy is renewed you will receive a further $400 travel dollars to use at your discretion. An email will be sent out to you regarding this (after the 14 day cooling off period). Once you receive your login details, you can browse the site at any time to view the latest offers from our travel partners. What’s the catch?
No catch - just good value! At Bow Wow we like to keep things straight forward. Our travel offers are always up-to-date and competitive, and come from leading holiday and accommodation providers.
Do I have to use the total value of the voucher on a single holiday?
No. If you only use part of your $500 travel dollars for a particular holiday, the balance will still be available for you to use for another holiday (as long as it's within the 12 month validity period).
Is there a limit on the redeemable travel dollars on each holiday?
Yes, you will notice that each available holiday option specifies the maximum travel dollar amount that can be redeemed. These vary across each offer, so please check the website regularly for updates.
When do I need to activate my travel dollars?
You need to activate all your travel dollars within three months of your policy renewal or policy inception date and book your accommodation, tour or cruise holiday package within 12 months from the date of activation.
Do vouchers expire?
Yes, each voucher expires 12 months from date of issue and will expire at midnight on the expiry date. Once the voucher has expired it cannot be used.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Sure, as long as they live in the same household as you and they know your account number to make enquiry or booking.
Who do I book with?
Your voucher may be used on accommodation, cruises or tours available through Bow Wow Meow Just Travel Rewards.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Yes, but only once you have activated your travel dollar points as discussed in the steps above. You can then give one of our dedicated Travel Rewards consultants a call on 1300 830 786 9am and 5.30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
Can I pay online?
No. Once you have decided on your getaway you will have to speak to one of our representatives on 1300 830 786 to make your payment, redeem your voucher and finalise your booking.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e.g. Mastercard, VISA, American Express.
